ECOTIC has published its 2025 Annual Report, a particularly significant year in which we celebrated our 20th anniversary and strengthened our position as a leading organisation in the management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
During 2025, we managed more than 145,000 tonnes of WEEE, bringing the total amount collected since our foundation in 2005 to nearly 1.5 million tonnes. These results reflect the commitment of our member companies and the joint efforts of all the stakeholders involved in our management model.
A year of impact
This year was marked by the consolidation of our management model and the launch of ECOTIC Envases, a new solution that expands our scope of activity and enables us to support companies in meeting their new environmental obligations.
By the end of 2025, nearly 400 companies had already joined the project, reinforcing our commitment to providing a comprehensive service tailored to the new challenges of the circular economy.
Looking ahead
The Annual Report also highlights our commitment to innovation, transparency and continuous improvement, as well as ECOTIC’s active participation in the sector’s main coordination forums.
Celebrating 20 years of experience is an opportunity not only to look back with pride at what we have achieved, but also to renew our commitment to continue building, together with businesses, public administrations and society, an increasingly efficient, responsible and sustainable management model.
